It completely sets itself apart from the traditional industry, with a close service and without bureaucracy so that people can grieve, without their pain being exacerbated. It is a service with a strong human character, providing a 24-hour support line.

Its innovative approach, focused on minimizing the pain of others and with a sustainable stamp, made it the winner of the 2021 edition of the Web Summit.
